Monochromatic card

Hello!

Just popping in to show you a new card I made for the current Lawnscaping Challenge . And this time is a difficult one because it's about making a monochromatic project, something quite challenging for someone like me who LOVES colors:

And here is my blue card:

I made my own striped paper by cutting paper strips out of blue and white cardstock and then adhered them to the card base. For the coloring I used just two copic markers, BG00 and BG02, and the sentiment was stamped using Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. Finally, I adhered a few blue sequins with glossy accents.

I hope you like it and thanks for visiting my blog!!

Supplies:

- Papers: Bazzil cardstock
- Stamps: Lawn Fawn Admit One
- Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Tumbled Glass Distress Ink
- Tools: paper trimmer, corner punch
- Others: sequins

Shaker card

Hello everybody!! The current Lawnscaping Challenge  is about using some of our favorite things in our project:

And here is the card I made using a few of my faves: Lawn Fawn Pink Lemonade paper, neon sequins, the 'happy birthday' sentiment from Year One mini set (the first Lawn Fawn set I purchased) and my Uniball white gel pen (an absolute must-have for all crafters, it has so many uses ...)

I must say this is my first shaker card and I'm sure it won't be the last one, they're so much fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
